We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, company name, and message content. We also collect technical data automatically through website analytics (Plausible Analytics), which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes: (a) responding to your enquiries — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); (b) website analytics — legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), processed without personal data.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days, then automatically purged. We do not send marketing emails. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Sanity for content management) solely to deliver our services. These providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
