Eryk served as CEO of PSE (Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne) — Poland's Transmission System Operator — from 2015 to 2023. During his tenure, he co-authored the IRiESP, the operational instruction governing Poland's transmission grid dispatch and balancing market mechanics.
Before PSE, Eryk held senior positions in energy infrastructure and policy. He founded Energy Recombined to translate operator-level grid knowledge into production-grade software — bridging the gap between regulation and real-time dispatch.
Eryk also leads Plentra Research, focused on energy market analytics and policy advisory.
Team
Energy Recombined brings together expertise across AI/ML engineering, IoT systems, electrical engineering, energy trading, and regulatory affairs. The team combines deep technical capability with operator-level understanding of how grids actually work.
